Base Commission Rates
Earn commission (discounts) on every book you sell at retail or buy for personal use and samples.
Direct Sales: 15-30% commission
Internet Sales: up to 25% commission
Home Shows: 25% commission
Book Fairs/Reach for the Stars: 17-35%*
Fund-Raisers: % varies*
Direct Sales to Schools/Libraries: 17-25%*
*Only trained “Educational Consultants” are eligible to approach libraries & schools K-12, public or private, for any type of sales.
Cash Sales Bonuses
Earn sales bonuses according to your total monthly net sales for
home shows, direct sales and direct sales to schools & libraries.
Book fair program is not applicable. Net sales = retail sales minus commissions.
§ Sell $350-699.99 in net sales in a month’s time frame
and receive a 3% cash sales bonus! (Consultants only)
§ Sell $700.00 or more in net sales in a month’s time frame
and receive a 5% cash sales bonus! (Supervisors & Consultants)
4% Recruiting Bonus
When you sell at least $350 net in a month’s time frame, you are eligible for a 4% recruiting bonus
on all your personal recruits’ net sales.
Supervisors receive 2% on personal recruits’ net sales.
Advancement Opportunity – an 11% pay raise!
Promote to Supervisor to earn an additional
11% monthly cash override on your own sales AND all the consultants’ net sales who are in your central group. PLUS, on all 1st, 2nd and 3rd level promoted out groups in your downline, earn
7%, 5%, & 1% monthly cash overrides respectively.
Overrides are always based on net sales. Overrides for Book Fair program are 50% less on all levels.
